That's a somewhat positive response though rather diplomatic. But that's about as good as you'd expect. Next time when I have a complaint, I'll be sure to write down the employee's name and the name of the manager I talk to. Good job.

Yeah, it's what you would expect from a corporate spokesperson. Not sure what kind of change will come about as a result of my one e-mail. But next time I go into Justice, I plan to ask the manager if any edict came down from corporate regarding the employee dress code. I'll keep you posted on what I discover. Thanks for taking an interest in this important topic!
I am so impressed with you! I think that finally someone actually does something about it. I too often as I am hoping others are like me too, complain to the wrong people. Like our spouses or friends. Good for you! Justice was served. haha
